I’m going to be joining Renay’s But I promised myself a few weeks ago that I would only join challenges if I could overlap with the (already 60+) books that I have picked out for other 2008 challenges. So I emailed Renay my huge enumerate of books and she picked out seven that could be considered speculative fiction. I’d already started reading one and didn’t like it so I deleted that and now have six books the exact number I be for the Speculative Fiction contend. Here they are:

It’s too bad that I’ve just heard about it. I would have liked to join especially since it has a later closing date than most of the others appearing around this time.
Wish I hadn’t read that. Don’t be to join another challenge but this might be too big a temptation for me. I love speculative fiction. Do you think “Life of Pi” qualifies? I love. LOVE that book but I never thought of it that way. Hmm. I hope you read it and like it anyway.
So naturally I want to know which one you picked up and discarded.
I really liked Life of Pi and I never ever would have read it if it hadn’t been a book club choice.
